Our mission:

REFAM is an organisation made up of business and career women, entrepreneurs, administrators, professionals, or simply women who have an interest in the business world. Their main goal is to insure the growth of female entrepreneurship in our region. REFAM is a permanent, but functionally independent, committee of the Edmundston Region Chamber of Commerce.

 
Objectives

To promote and encourage the development and improvement of business and career women in Madawaska county, both on the personal and professional levels. And this is done through :

the exchange of information
the distribution of available resources
the sharing of expertise through presentations and conferences
finding the help required to establish a functional link between a fully professional and personal life

Create pride, belonging and identification with the economic community of Madawaska.

We also want to take this opportunity to invite you to our annual Awards ceremony that recognizes and honours a business woman or women's group for outstanding entrepreneurship and involvement in the community.
