Our mission : REFAM is an organisation made up of career women, professionals and entrepreneurs, or simply women who have an interest in the business world. Their main goal is to insure the growth of female entrepreneurship in our region. REFAM is a permanent, but functionally independant, committee of the Edmundston Region Chamber of Commerce. Objectives : To promote and encourage the development and improvement of career women in Madawaska county, both on the personal and professional levels. And this is done through : | the exchange of informationthe distribution of available resources the sharing of expertise through presentations and conferencesfinding the help required to establish a functional link between a fully professional and personal life We also want to take this opportunity to invite you to our annual Awards ceremony that recognizes and honours a business woman or women's group for outstanding entrepreneurship and involvement in the community.
